Intro:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. You will report to the FP&A Manager at Front Row and work cross-functionally in the team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Description:
● Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
● Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
● Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance against targets and budgets.
● Prepare variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actual performance and forecasts/budgets.
● Assist in developing and monitoring financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
● Support the preparation of presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
● Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements
● Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a finance-related function (e.g., financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A) OR 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, with strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
● Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
● Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
● Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear insights.
● Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
● Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Hybrid schedule: 3 days a week in-office in New York, and 2 days remote.

SALARY - $110,000 - $125,000
