Job Title – Senior Financial Analyst

Job Status - Temp with Possibility of Direct Hire or Direct Hire

Location – Pacoima or City of Industry

Pay - $60-$65/hour; salary range for direct hire is pegged at $100,000-$115,000/year.

Job Description - Addison Group Los Angeles, in partnership with our environmental services client in the Los Angeles Metro Area, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst. The company is expected to grow significantly in the next few years.

The Senior Financial Analyst will assist in the analysis and reporting of company performance and interact closely with the Operations team. You will report to the Director of Finance (Operations).

Job Site Status (onsite/hybrid/remote) – This role is 100% onsite.

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST (PRICING) DUTIES

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) - Pricing

·        Develop monthly operating and financial performance packages

·        Develop financial forecasting models in Excel regarding business development from scratch if necessary

·        Assist in the annual budgeting process

·        Identify and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Miscellaneous

·        Support audit process

·        Accept other various financial tasks as needed to support the execution of annual, 3-5 year, and long-term plans

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST QUALIFICATIONS

Required

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

·        At least four (4) years of work experience in FP&A (Operational)

·        Employment at a company of at least $200 million in annual revenue

·        Analysis of large data sets

·        Current or prior employment in a manufacturing/logistics/transportation/recycling company

Preferred

·        MBA

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST SKILLS

Required

Technical

·        Expert-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPS, and advanced formula utilization)

·        Proficiency with an ERP system

Interpersonal

·        Superior “people” skills; relationship building with internal business partners

·        Ability to think critically and analytically

·        Confident presentation skills

·        Ability to write in a clear and concise manner
