Senior Financial Analyst - Molex

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for our global Copper Solutions business unit , which is currently experiencing significant growth as part of the broader Artificial Intelligence ecosystem . This role will provide insightful reporting, oversee financial transactions, and improve processes to help the business achieve its financial objectives . This position will work closely with our manufacturing plant finance teams, global shared finance functions , marketing , operations and our segment and business unit leadership . The ideal candidate is a self-starter, deadline - driven, and stra tegic thinker who enjoys collaborating in a team environment .

This role is hy brid (3-4 days in office/week) and will be based out of our Lisle headquarters.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate across business unit s and corporate finance to pr epare monthly financial reporting and analysis and communicate financial results
• Regularly monitor and analyze activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine business progress and deliver analytical insights for decision making
• Communicate the impact that economic transactions have on business results to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with the global accounting group to complete complex accounting transactions
• Use strong business acumen to conduct financial research projects and recommend process improvements
• Support other ad hoc analysis as needed

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or higher

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in an a nalytical, finance or accounting -related role, or degree i n similar fields
• Comfortable working with SAP, Business Warehouse , OneStream, or other EPM applications
• Experience in a mid to large size manufacturing organization
• Skilled Microsoft Office user (especially Microsoft Excel)
• Experience in data analysis; extracting , manipulating, and interpreting data for decision making
