Senior Financial Analyst - StevenDouglas

StevenDouglas is exclusively recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst with our private client in Central Jacksonville. The position offers from $85k-$100k base salary and comes with a flexible hybrid schedule.

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll work closely with a highly skilled Director of FP&A, playing a key role in shaping corporate and project financial strategies. The ideal candidate will have high-level expertise with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Position Responsibilities:

• Shape business performance by developing and monitoring key metrics
• Build projections and financial models to support decision-making
• Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes
• Provide financial guidance to project teams
• Stay informed on key metrics and trends within the industry
• Dive deep into financial statements and reports for insights and opportunities
• Ensure alignment with policies, regulations, and financial best practices
• Identify ways to improve operational efficiencies and enhance processes
• Conduct detailed research and analysis to support strategic goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant finance experience
• Experience building financial models, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in SAP ERP system (nice to have)
