The company is a privately held manufacturing company with over $400 million in annual revenue and growing. This individual will report directly to the Director of the Finance team and Business Intelligence. In this role, you will have high exposure with senior executives! The company is flexible and offers a hybrid work schedule for all employees!

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic and ad hoc analysis of financial data to assist Senior Management
• Support annual budgeting process
• Develop and update various operations and development related analysis
• Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes
• Report quarterly results of corporate entities

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of financial analysis and budget experience
• Advanced Excel and Modeling skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
• Strong attention to detail
