Required Qualifications:
Minimum Experience:
- 2-4 years of related analytical work experience, ideally within healthcare, managed care, or physician group industries.
- Background in financial analysis, management consulting, strategy, or planning & analysis roles.
Education/Licensure:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field required. MBA is a plus.
Position Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in our Payor Analytics team, providing financial analysis, data aggregation, and strategic insights from a health plan perspective. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive profitable growth and support executive-level decision-making. We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual who can take ownership of projects, communicate effectively, and deliver actionable recommendations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct financial analysis on value-based care opportunities with payor partners, contributing to the determination of deal viability and favorable terms.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support negotiations, ensuring accuracy and relevance of data inputs.
- Demonstrate excellent quantitative and analytical skills, synthesizing complex data into coherent strategies and financial models.
- Manage multiple models simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and consistency across ongoing deals.
- Prepare and update management reports and presentations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality insights.
- Collaborate with market leadership to present reporting results and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create robust financial models and compelling presentations.
- Exhibit extreme attention to detail and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders professionally.
- Familiarity with accounting and financial planning practices is a plus.
- Take ownership of processes and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.

- Deliver excellent customer service, proactively meeting the needs of internal and external clients.

Pay: $87,000.00 - $106,600.00 per year
