About the Job
The Global Analysis team is anchored in BCG’s finance function. The team has evolved in the last decade to become a trusted advisor to the management of the firm. While the group works most closely with the CFO (and, by extension, the Executive Committee and Operating Committee), it serves a wide base of customers including the People Team, the Client Team, the Chief of Staff, other global finance functions, and the regional and local finance teams. The team also works closely with the global HR function. It provides management and other key customers with insightful analysis to guide the decision making process at BCG.
The team works jointly on projects, discussing output and issues, sharing hypotheses, and iterating the analysis. The work is fast paced, technically challenging, and very visible. The team’s responsibilities currently cover both project work (ad-hoc and recurring) and operational work.
