- Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Assist in building financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Creates monthly management reporting package with financial statements and supporting documentation and analysis.
- Analyzes, interprets and communicates cost and expense variances to
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations based on historical data and financial trends.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Generate cost accounting reports to analyze and allocate costs across various business units and projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing budget performance and forecasts for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance or business-related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Candidates need to have month-end close expereince
- CPA preferred
- Must be local or willing to commute to Raleigh
