The Opportunity That Awaits You:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This hire will report to FP&A Manager. This is a key position to support and manage the end-to-end commissions process in a fast growing medical device company.
The Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities include assisting with calculation and reporting of sales commissions and key metrics. The Analyst will work closely with Sales Management, Sales Operations and Accounting to implement incentive compensation programs and ensure alignment across teams. In this role, you must be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast growing environment.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:
- Manage the end-to-end commission process to ensure accurate and timely calculation and payment of global sales commissions
- Assist in implementation of incentive compensation management software (Performio)
- Review and maintain input data related to commission calculation and resolve any system / data variances
- Support commission-related workflows for business input, confirmation and approvals and ensure appropriate documentation
- Respond to inquiries regarding commissions by conducting research, preparing adjustments, and reconciling data discrepancies
- Prepare and manage commissions forecast and budget and provide variance analysis
- Perform regular and ad-hoc analysis of compensation data and generate reports on key sales metrics for analytical insights
The Qualifications We Need You to Possess
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative discipline
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, sales compensation analysis, or a related role
- Experience using incentive compensation management (ICM) software (preferably Performio)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical skills and experience with aptitude of learning new software and systems
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess
- Advanced skills in excel (financial modeling), and other tools including GL (e.g. SAP, Oracle, QAD) and reporting/planning tools (e.g. Tableau, Adaptive)

Work Authorization Status: Citizen / Permanent Resident
For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $117,000-140,000 per year.
Plus, eligibility for an annual bonus and equity/RSUs.

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
We'll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
