:The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for producing financial reports and analysis to support Company business and specific departmental needs.
Wages
:Starting wage for the Senior Financial Analyst will depend on experience and education. $99,963 - $119,847
Responsibilities
:Essential duties and responsibilities for the Senir Financial Analyst nclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Prepare financial reports accurately and timely.
- Assist with inputs/analysis of a monthly branch income statement “template” to drive finance meetings with operations leaders and provide recommendations to assist in achieving targets.
- Create ad-hoc financial analysis to interpret complex business results in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Lead Finance team through the annual budget preparation and execution, including but not limited to, creation of budget guidance documentation, average cost of labor modeling for adjustments, template enhancements and preparation, and user trainings.
- Provide back-up for Manager of Strategy & FP&A by learning how to prepare the needed reports.
- Assist with improving accuracy of accounting results through report creation and adherence to GAAP guidelines.
- Maintain current and updated knowledge of accounting related technology systems used in the Company.
- Develops methods and/or procedures to enhance efficiency of work performed.
- If applicable, facilitate a company strategy project which would include coordination of project team meetings, presentation creation for senior management, and action item tracking.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Accounting, Finance, or Business required. CPA preferred. Five to ten years relevant finance and/or accounting experience required.
- Strong Excel skills required. Ability to leverage large data sets, perform data cleaning, and ensure data integrity through advanced Excel functions including, but not limited to VLOOKUP, INDEX, HLOOKUP is required.
- SQL experience helpful.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal formats. Ability to respond to inquiries and complaints with clarity and tact, fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret highly technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to complex inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to senior management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish acts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
