We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our financial planning and analysis function. This role is ideal for a seasoned analyst with a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and a desire to contribute to strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Analyze financial performance metrics (revenue, profitability, cash flow) to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Conduct variance analysis to investigate deviations from forecasts and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate complex financial data to senior management and stakeholders.
- Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Support with M&A activities by performing financial due diligence and valuation analysis (if applicable).
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and benchmark company performance against competitors.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to a variety of audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
