- As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will help support our multi-state operations; This person will take a leadership role in full-scale FP&A support
- Complete FP&A support of the multi state operations
- Create and manage full financial statement models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows)
- Annual budget process
- KPI monthly/quarterly reporting
- Rolling 12-month forecast
- Monthly reporting and variance analysis for review by dept
- Maintenance of revenue, labor/headcount, production, capex, cash flow models
- Financial support for market-specific business initiatives
- As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will assist in system implementations as needed
- Ad Hoc analysis and tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 3-7+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analytics
- Experience supporting a geographically distributed business with several locations, business entities and P&Ls
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent system and financial modelling skills - Excel (financial modeling) most notably, but other FP&A or financial systems are desirable (including reporting out of QuickBooks)
- Passionate about creating tools and processes to help create rapid and scalable growth
- Must be a self-starter capable of rolling up sleeves and working independently
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the accounting, supply chain, production, and other teams to support the needs of the business
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to change and quickly shift priorities as required
- Ability to summarize and communicate detailed analysis clearly and concisely to senior leaders
- Manufacturing, consumer goods and/or retail industry experience highly desired
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
