Role:

As a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our leadership team, including the local executive team, the controller, and the general accounting manager. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence financial strategies, develop innovative tools, and drive impactful business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop tools that present financial results efficiently and accurately.
• Define and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure accurate and relevant reporting.
• Create and maintain financial dashboards and monthly reports to provide insights into performance.
• Prepare monthly financial forecasts, analyze sales and production data, and adjust expectations accordingly.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process and the preparation of Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs).
• Serve as a local expert in data mining tools, training your finance team to leverage them effectively.
• Stay current with market trends and customer data, ensuring our strategies are informed and competitive.
• Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the finance team.
• Support the finance organization during SAP S4 implementation and beyond.
• Shadow and collaborate closely with the local controller and general accounting manager for long-term career development.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Expertise in ERP systems, especially SAP, is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), and experience with financial analysis tools like PowerBI, Business Warehouse, and Excel.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
