Senior Financial Analyst - kristen webber

Maverick Search Partners has partnered with Northside Hospital to identify a Senior Financial Analyst. This role will be involved in supporting leadership in decision making through financial and data analysis.

What you'll do:

• Perform data mining to identify opportunities to reduce cost and increase revenue
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
• Build financial models using Excel and SQL
• Partner with various business units to develop and implement financial strategies
• Create reports to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare and analyze reports using a variety tools
• Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to leadership

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related Field
• 3+ years of experience as a financial analyst, with experience in the healthcare industry a plus
• Extensive experience in Excel and SQL, including experience with data mining and data analysis
• Proven problem-solving skills, with a track record for decision-making support
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
