About the Job
- Collect, interpret, and report financial data; Prepare monthly financial statements and KPI reports
- Analyze and update General Ledger details; Perform reconciliations to support monthly closing
- Assist in rolling forecasts; Prepare budget narratives, rollforward forecasts, and budget templates
- Manage Incentive Bonus plan for plant employees
- Manage North America sales quota and commissions; Calculate and submit commissions to Payroll, HR, and Accounts Payable
- Resolve reconciliation issues; Manage credit card reimbursements and reporting; Audit receipts for compliance
- Provide documentation to auditors and clients; Ensure compliance in financial processes
- Work across departments to improve forecasting accuracy and integrate supplier data
- Oversee modifications related to expense reporting; Manage online portals and user access
- Support general ledger and FP&A teams; Manage supplier and credit card mailboxes; Compile compliance reports
- Ensuring timely completion of data reporting activities
- Developing and maintaining thorough documentation and standards
- Overseeing database modification efforts related to expense reporting
- Execution of related projects or ad hoc reporting as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
- Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and data entry skills
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities, with strong conflict resolution skills
- Strict adherence to deadlines and the ability to manage high volumes of email traffic and frequent requests
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Expertise in designing and implementing secure, efficient, and accurate reports
- Up-to-date knowledge of data storage and management best practices
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, complete required tasks, and effectively communicate results
- Knowledge of Spreadsheet Server or similar financial reporting tools
- Understanding of computer languages used in databases and database design and construction
- Comprehensive knowledge of Chart of Accounts and data flow to the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
