Job Title: Finance Partner Senior
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Partner Senior to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive financial support to assigned business units within our organization. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with leadership teams, facilitating financial forecasts, analyzing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial standards. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and developing our finance team while serving as a liaison between various departments to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operational leadership to achieve targeted quarterly forecasts and long-term financial objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of month-end financial reports, identifying trends and variances for further review.
- Lead monthly operating reviews, providing insightful variance reports and supporting the development of corrective action plans.
- Deliver regular presentations on financial performance to internal stakeholders, fostering financial acumen across operational teams.
- Implement and communicate key financial management reporting tools to enhance decision-making processes.
- Drive initiatives to improve financial performance, focusing on waste reduction and overall efficiency.
- Work closely with operational partners to analyze financial data and optimize revenue performance.
- Assist in the development of business plans and financial models to support capital investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cost accounting methodologies and optimize revenue reporting.
- Stay informed about changes in finance policies and ensure compliance across the organization.
- Participate in departmental improvement projects and initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of financial processes and systems.
- Mentor and lead other Finance Partners, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships across the organization, promoting collaboration and teamwork.

Position Details:
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in managerial/supervisory roles (Required)
