As a Regional Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping our finance support function to foster growth, innovation, and strategic alignment across the business. Reporting to the CBR Finance Director of Strategic Execution, you'll be instrumental in delivering actionable insights and analytics to drive performance and achieve our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong partnerships with Regional Leadership teams, working closely with Regional Presidents, LOC Presidents, and Regional Vice Presidents to support the financial operations of the business.
- Lead strategic discussions on topics such as footprint optimization, staffing, and growth initiatives, contributing to the achievement of company goals and objectives.
- Provide business intelligence through the development of dashboards, scorecards, and other relevant tools, leveraging our reporting suite to drive insights and performance against targets.
- Collaborate with other CBR Finance Leadership to enhance processes and automation, assess performance against objectives, and identify key initiatives for execution.
- Establish regular operating rhythms with branch managers to provide guidance, facilitate decision-making, identify strategic opportunities, and support agent growth and efficiency.
- Offer leadership, mentorship, and supervision to regional business partners and the wider Coldwell Banker Realty organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in information technology, and expertise in business improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in leadership and relationship management.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Preferred experience in Real Estate Brokerage.
