Senior Finance Manager
Our client, a highly awarded, global professional services firm, has a new permanent opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager. The Senior Finance Manager will lead and manage the real estate contracts function for the company’s office locations, buildouts, and expansion strategies, contracts, projects and related financial management aspects.
This is a high profile internal corporate leadership role, leading the team and having direct reports with high level exposure to global senior executives. The Senior Finance Manager and their team are responsible for the company’s internal office plans, evaluating real estate options, budget development, financial oversight, financial/project management for buildouts/construction and manages the analysis for sustainability reporting.

Senior Finance Manager responsibilities:
- Lead project management processes related to office locations, openings, moves, expansions
- Manage the financial strategy and analysis of the company’s office real estate locations plans and present the findings and recommendations to executives
- Oversee reviews of lease and construction project agreements, serving as the SME for leases and contracts
- Manage the insurance agreements for construction projects
- Manage processes/analysis for vendor proposals such as the evaluation of scope/cost of services and identify and propose cost saving measures
- Provide analysis for the company’s office space utilization globally, including recommendations
- Manage budgets related to buildouts/construction projects
- Assist with annual capital budget and projection process
- Work with leadership at all locations regarding office space business decisions and strategy
- Assist with analyzing and reviewing leases and the financial data to location leadership
- Work with business and location leaders regarding the status of projects and financials regarding actual to budget
- Lead and assist leaders with the financial aspects of facilities management
- Assist with process improvements
- Assist with project management across various departments and locations
Qualifications for the Senior Finance Manager:
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related
- 10+ years of progressive Finance/Accounting/Consulting experience
- Experience with a large, multi-location company
- Public accounting firm or consulting firm experience
- Industry experience in professional services, financial services, consulting or related
- Strong strategic and financial analysis experience
- Strong Project management skills
- Management/supervisory experience
- Contract and/or lease review experience
- Experience presenting to executive leadership
- Experience creating and presenting analyses to be used in business decisions
