Your Role:
As a Senior Finance Manager, you'll take the helm in spearheading financial modeling, tracking, reporting, and analysis for our Business Transformation Organization. You'll have the unique chance to collaborate with various business units and corporate functions, working closely with senior executives to drive impactful change. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a robust financial model to monitor, report, and analyze 700+ Business Transformation Projects across our enterprise.
Collaborate with Business Unit CFOs, Finance Teams, and cross-functional partners to develop comprehensive reporting for all projects, including monthly, quarterly, and annual updates.
Generate functional reports, scorecards, and key performance indicators, offering valuable insights into business trends and drivers of change.
Partner with Finance teams on the annual planning process, providing strategic guidance based on historical performance and organizational goals.
Conduct high-level business case assessments to prioritize key opportunities and provide insights to support decision-making.
Guide project leaders in preparing presentations for executive meetings and updates on major initiatives.
Drive continuous process improvement to ensure consistency and best practices across all business units and functions.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
7+ years of progressive Finance experience in a corporate setting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with knowledge of Macros.
Experience with large financial systems such as SAP.
Exceptional analytical skills and business judgment.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and drive change proactively.
MBA and/or professional certifications (CPA/CFA) preferred.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience with data analytic tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
