The Field Marketing team is a data-driven, fast-paced, collaborative worldwide team. The Sr Field Marketing Manager, AMER will focus on major industry conference sponsorships and regional campaigns that influence pipeline and revenue. The Field Marketing Manager, AMER will report to the Sr Director, Global Enterprise + Field Marketing. The Sr Field Marketing Manger, AMER role will work closely with sales, digital marketing, product marketing, design and corporate marketing.

Role overview
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, AMER at CAST AI, you will be responsible for driving global third party conference strategies, planning, budget management, and execution across our AMER conference sponsorship plan and regional marketing campaigns.
As we continue our rapid global expansion, we are looking for growth-oriented Sr Field Marketing Manager to join the GTM team, with main responsibilities being:
Plan and execute day-to-day organization, timeline management, vendor management, pre-conference internal planning, and ownership of internal stakeholder meetings.
Manage detailed budget for all of North America conferences along with roll-up budget tracking monthly, quarterly, annually.
Lead contract and payment processes from start to finish for your programs.
Build and present conference slide decks including Know Before You Go presentations.
Execute conferences onsite and own leadership and direction of responsibilities for employee attendance.
Operational Excellence: Manage campaign reporting, metrics, and outcomes of conferences across martech stack.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration and communication across departments to execute on key deliverables and initiatives.
Project Management: Lead and oversee execution of conferences. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate resources, manage dependencies, and ensure successful project execution of call conferences.
Culture Driver: Represent our values at conferences and hold conference staff to a high bar of representing CAST AI at all times when onsite at conferences.
Requirements
5+ years in conference management (experience with AWS re:Invent, Google Cloud NEXT, Microsoft Ignite, and KubeCon a plus)
Available to travel 30% of the year
Strategic planning and project management skills, with experience achieving quantifiable results
Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
Strong written and verbal skills
Ability to work closely with a distributed team and collaborate closely across a geographically dispersed team
Interested in a fast-paced company with the desire to learn quickly across a constantly changing environment
Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot Asana, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Drive with ability to learn new software quickly
