Position Summary
Are you passionate about driving impactful marketing initiatives that make a difference? We are on the lookout for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to spearhead North American field programs and demand generation efforts. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the development and implementation of dynamic marketing campaigns aimed at accelerating sales opportunities and fostering pipeline growth across North America. Leveraging your expertise in partner marketing, content syndication, account-based marketing, and professional membership engagement, you'll cultivate robust relationships, amplify brand awareness, and equip our sales teams to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
This position reports to our Senior Manager, NA Regional Marketing, and offers a remote opportunity within the United States.
What You Will Do
Devise and execute regional demand generation programs aligned with our global go-to-market strategy.
Innovate content syndication initiatives to engage key decision-makers in the cybersecurity realm.
Foster fruitful collaborations with professional memberships and organizations to bolster our presence within the security community.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Digital Marketing teams to tailor targeted marketing initiatives based on account segmentation and sales requirements.
Drive data-informed planning sessions with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to ensure comprehensive pipeline coverage across the sales funnel.
Advocate for the Sales team within the Marketing department, translating their priorities into actionable marketing strategies and messaging.
Educate and empower the Sales team on leveraging marketing campaigns and materials to optimize pipeline generation and conversion rates.
Provide strategic input on sponsored events and partnerships that align with global sales objectives in collaboration with the Events and Partnerships team.
Lead and oversee the decision-making process for global pipeline acceleration events, working closely with the Events and Partnerships team.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in spearheading demand generation for a specific region.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing programs that yield tangible results and accelerate enterprise B2B sales pipelines.
Proven experience with content syndication programs.
Track record of driving both in-person and virtual events with a focus on pipeline generation.
Strong advocate for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and vertical marketing strategies, with the ability to measure their effectiveness.
Experience collaborating directly with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations teams.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, fostering productive relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
Willingness to travel, up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
Solid understanding and/or experience in the cybersecurity domain.
Experience in partner marketing.
Broader campaign management experience.
Compensation Bands
Tier A: $128,000 - $155,000
Tier B: $111,400 - $140,000
Tier C: $108,800 - $136,000
