Meltwater is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and data-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our expanding Marketing team. In this role, you will build the marketing plan for the Mid Market segment in the Field Marketing unit to execute campaigns and events, fueling inbound leads, and contributing to pipeline growth and revenue for the sales team. You have a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, show strong project management skills, and can lead a small team to victory. What You'll Do:

Build quarterly marketing plan for the segment, integrating field events, ABM programs, webinars, and email campaigns. -
Manage and drive field and Account Executive (AE) marketing campaigns by developing and executing diverse programs, mastering various marketing platforms, and coordinating the creation of marketing assets for campaigns. -
Act as the campaign expert for all Mid Market marketing campaigns and events run by the Americas field marketing team, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overarching marketing strategies. -
Support the sales team by providing assets, assisting in strategic marketing inbound outreach, understanding the customer and prospect segments of the field sales team, and identifying opportunities for new business to align with company goals. -
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, client success, design, content marketing, and other field marketing teams to optimize campaigns and workflows. -
Support and oversee various projects, including events, webinars, email marketing, material productions, and third-party partnerships. -
Optimize outreach strategies and contribute to nurturing marketing leads effectively. -
Write, edit, and proofread copy for marketing campaign materials, and assist in managing the development of creative marketing assets such as landing pages, ads, and copy. -
Analyze Return on Investment (ROI) and evaluate the effectiveness of Field marketing programs. -
Take charge of the quarterly budget and track spend to determine ROI of marketing initiatives. -
Manage a talented Field Marketing Manager and work collaboratively to accomplish revenue targets.
What You'll Bring:-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. -
5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B/SaaS company. -
Proven success in developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies, including ABM, that resulted in significant lead generation and revenue growth for B2B/SaaS companies. -
Strong experience in client and prospect communications, acquired from either sales or marketing roles. -
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -
Track record of effectively collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation. -
Proven drive and a continuous learning mindset. -
Solid project management skills, including the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and manage multiple complex projects concurrently. -
Understanding of field business and target audiences. -
Marketo and Salesforce experience is a plus -
Openness to a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence for 2 days a week. -
Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide the team to accomplish revenue goals -
Team player with exceptional organization skills and the ability to work strategically and tactically. -
Ability to travel when needed (20-30%)-
Legal authorization to work in the country of hire is mandatory for this position.

Compensation Overview-
Base Salary of $120,000-$135,000 USD per year + 15% quarterly bonus [subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan]
