JobSummary
Responsibletoensuretheeffectiveness of theNGAcontractin theareas of performance,productivity,safety,and efficiency tothestandards of thecontractand to thesatisfaction of thecustomer.Marketand monitorhumanservicedelivery,aswellasprovideallreportstofunding agenciesand corporatedivisions.Develop serviceasneeded to meettheneeds of individualsemployedthrough or referred toNGA.Recommend policyandplanning for theCorporation asitrelatestohumanservicedeliveryandoperationalsystems.Sustain and improveorganization businessrevenuestosecureexisting and newemploymentopportunities.Overseecompilation of human serviceand statisticaldata.Participateinannualupdate of Strategicand BusinessPlans.

Effectively manageMEPqualityassurance / qualitycontrolactivitiesandperformanceofIDIQprojectmanagementandensuresthatallelements of thePWShavebeen executed at a levelmeeting or exceeding contractstandards.
Responsible for ensuring programsfortheoperationsand maintenance of allequipmentandphysicalstructuresarein compliancewith corporate/ownership standards,local,state,andnationalcodes,and regulationstoprotecttheassets,customer,and employees,and to ensureoptimum operations.
DirectlysuperviseandmanagetheIDIQProjectManagementandMEP Contract to includeCMMSdocumentation,DavisBaconProjectscheduling and execution andcoordinating withsubcontractprojectmanagersforPreventativeMaintenanceand ServiceOrderexecution.
Ensure employees abide by all safety and security requirements.
Performtechnicalwritingandspecialprojectsasrequired.Furtherdevelop andorganizethedocumentmanagementsystemand technicallibrary.
Monitorrelationshipswithcustomerstoidentifyand proactivelyresolveproblemsand/orconflictswhilemaintaining open communicationsregarding expectations.
Performotherrelateddutiesasassigned.
AdditionalResponsibilities
Track,analyze,and trend projectperformancemetrics,costs,customersatisfaction levels,progressagainststrategicplangoals,andemployeesatisfaction.
Reviewand submitregularinvoicingforthecustomer,based on contracttype,termsandconditions.
Collaboratewith directreports to setgoalsthatsupportthestrategicsupportplan.
Reviewandrecommendstaffand employeetrainingprogram,workshops,seminars,andclasses.
Continuallyreviewprojectperformanceand currenttechnologytointerjectmanagementandtechnicalperformanceinnovations.Reviewing businesssystemsadministration,resources,procedures,andmethodstoimproveoperationaleffectiveness,utility,and efficiency.
OverseetheContractor'sES&H functions,ensuringthatallsafeworkpracticesarebeingfollowed.Monitoring costcontrol,financialreports,budgeting,and overalloperating costs.
Overseethecoordination ofworkprioritiesand monitoring of methods,procedures,andprograms.
Improvecost-effectivenessand efficiency.Overseeingthemonitoringand inspecting of maintenance,repair,and serviceoperationsforqualitycontroland contractcompliance.
Qualifications:Education,Experience,andCertification(s)
Bachelor'sDegreefromanaccrediteduniversityinengineering and/orProjectManagementrequired.
10 - 15years’experienceinprojectmanagement-levelpositions of responsibility and complexitysimilarto theprojectscope required.
Abilityto obtain andmaintain a Top Secret/SCIgovernmentsecurityclearancewith polygraph isrequired.
Master’sdegreeinEngineering,Management or Businesspreferred. PE registration stronglypreferred.
Knowledge,Skills,andAbilities
Knowledge of PM and CMprograms,MEP,logisticsandadministrativesupportservices.
ProfessionalEngineerHIGHLYpreferred. Per the PWS thisposition is a designatedalternate for theProgram Managerandshallsuccessfullycompleteall of thefollowing NationalIncidentManagementSystem coursesand provideproof of completion totheCOR:1.FEMAIS-700:NIMS,An Introduction 2. ICS-100:Introduction toICS3.ICS-200:BasicICS.
Administration andManagementKnowledge of businessandmanagementprinciplesinvolved instrategicplanning,resourceallocation,human resourcesmodeling,leadership technique,productionmethods,and coordination of peopleandresources.
A strongtechnicalknowledge of allfacilitiesmaintenanceand operations,including HVAC,electrical,plumbing,andlifesafety systems.
Proficienttyping skills.
