Job Description:
The Senior Executive Technical Support Specialist serves as the premier technology ambassador for our C-suite executives and Board of Directors. This pivotal role offers exceptional visibility and growth opportunities, working across multiple technology disciplines while directly influencing enterprise-wide customer experience improvements through strategic technical solutions and innovations. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and effectively delegate responsibilities while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
Looking for the person to start ASAP. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

**Core Responsibilities:**
- Lead and coordinate technical support activities, demonstrating strong team leadership and delegation skills
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and resources to ensure timely resolution of executive technology needs
- Build and maintain high-performing teams through mentorship, delegation, and clear communication
- Provide white-glove technical support to executive leadership in high-stakes environments
- Create and maintain a technology-positive culture for senior leadership
- Demonstrate exceptional situational awareness and critical prioritization skills
- Lead complex problem-solving initiatives for enterprise-wide technical incidents
- Implement and manage cutting-edge diagnostic tools and automation solutions
- Support and troubleshoot conference room equipment, including:
- Microsoft Teams Rooms systems
- Video conferencing equipment
- Room scheduling displays
- Presentation systems
- Integrated room controls
- Audio systems
- Deliver comprehensive support for workplace technologies including:
- Modern workplace solutions (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint)
- Mobile devices (iOS, Android)
- Enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams)
- Advanced conferencing systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases
- Guide strategic technology evaluations and implementations
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 executive support coverage
- Travel up to 25% to support executive meetings, events, and technical implementations across various locations
Skills/Experience:
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 7 years)
- 5+ years of executive-level technical support experience
- Proven leadership experience with demonstrated ability to delegate and manage team resources
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise hardware and software systems
- Proven experience with modern collaboration and conferencing platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in conference room technology and Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment and support
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team leadership and resource management abilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% of time
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity

- Master's degree in relevant field
- Project management certification
- Experience with corporate governance and compliance
- ITIL certification
