Job Summary


As the Senior Executive Chef, you'll lead the culinary direction at this location. Collaborating closely with our partners, you'll craft a culinary journey tailored specifically to our location, ensuring that every guest/fan who walks through our doors enjoys an unforgettable experience.




Detailed Responsibilities



+ Building a strong partnership with our onsite partner and developing a shared culinary vision for the location


+ Representing Levy and our business objectives at partner meetings, networking and building relationships with key partners and vendors


+ Overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation in all activities across the culinary department


+ Interviewing applicants interested in roles requiring your hiring consideration and approval


+ Identifying opportunities and driving improvements in both the food and financial performance


+ Overseeing season planning process ensuring alignment with Levy and partner expectations/goals


+ Overseeing menu design and updates in line with food trends and internal data, cost of goods, and popularity


+ Overseeing project management of construction/refurbishment activity that happens in the department


+ Conducting event walks interacting with team members, guests, partners, and VIPs


+ Creation of menu build diagrams


+ Working closely with the regional and Home Office culinary teams to continually evolve the food experience for guests


+ Working in partnership with our partners and regional leadership team to develop location strategic plan


+ Conducting department safety walks so it maintains an outstanding level of safety and cleanliness













Job Requirements




+ 5+ years experience as an Executive Chef in a high volume atmosphere


+ Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products


+ Culinary degree from a reputable culinary school is preferred


+ Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to manage budgets, control costs and drive profitability


+ In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulation


+ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a guest focused mindset


+ Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism


+ High level of computer literacy


+ Experience in the use of social media is preferred
