What you will be doing
- Provide administrative support to C-suite executives.
- Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation, while ensuring the logistics are frictionless
- Handle expense reporting associated with travel, office management, and as assigned.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
- Anticipate and prepare materials needed for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing emails, calls, and requests to optimize the CEO's time.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the CEO at his discretion from time to time.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- An ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with often-changing priorities.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry a plus.
