Responsibilities:

Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled.

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of executive support experience.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
