In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings and appointments for executives.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.

• Attend meetings and take minutes, prepare reports, and assist with presentations.

• Screen and prioritize incoming telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

• Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

• Prepare and edit documents, including letters, memos, and reports.

• Conduct research and compile data for presentations, reports, and projects.

• Act as a liaison between executives and other staff members, clients, and external contacts.

• Provide general administrative support, such as handling phone calls, coordinating office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or similar role.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience in the electrical services industry is a plus.
