Senior Executive Assistant - Northbound Search

Our client is one of the most respected names in Alt Asset Management with over $200B AUM. This firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support an MD and two Senior Associates. This firm provides an opportunity to work in a company with a "promote from within" mentality, and opportunity to work with a team-first group. The ideal individual must have at least 6 years of demonstrated history of supporting in an administrative function, have a "no task is too small" mentality, and be flexible to work outside of normal hours to accommodate a team with high travel volume.

Job Responsibilities:

• Heavy management of calendar for MD and Associates
• Coordinate dinner reservations, car services and clients meetings for all travel. Ability to coordinate complex multi-leg trips and be available to troubleshoot off hours
• Manage phone lines of Associates and direct calls as needed
• Coordinate all meetings, appointments, and conference calls
• Help prepare and edit presentation materials
• Manage conference rooms, including occasional breakdown and set up of rooms
• Review and edit expense reports, work closely with other departments to ensure timely reimbursements
• Occasionally provide research support
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 6 years of administrative support
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a corporate environment
