Our client is a technology company that offers a long-term career opportunity. They are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$90k – $130k plus 10% Bonus
Position Overview:
The Senior Executive Assistant will support a team of 5 executives while managing one team member. The ideal candidate for the Senior Executive Assistant role will also handle event planning and must be adept at multi-tasking and be a problem-solver. Must be located with 15 minutes of the office in Framingham in order to respond to urgent incidents quickly.
Responsibilities of the Senior Executive Assistant:
- Calendar management and coordinating schedules.
- Handle errands, renewals, payments, and business/personal tasks for the CEO.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, executive meetings, and office events.
- Schedule executive & family travel itineraries including flights, ground transportation, hotel accommodation, and supporting activities.
- Provide technical support to ensure all systems are up-to-date and in working order.
- Source service providers and schedule appointments.
Qualifications for the Senior Executive Assistant:
- 15 – 20 years in an Executive Assistant role.
- Must be located with 15 minutes of the office in FraminghamAbility to build and maintain processes and systems.
- Excellent listener.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Tech-savvy.
- Professional demeanor who respects business etiquette.
- Confidential.
- Successful project management background.
- Ability to work from home and be able to report to the Framingham office when needed.
- 24/7 work mentality.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
