Job DescriptionAt Vuori, we're looking for a Senior Executive Assistant who will be a thought-partner to our COO and CFO. As Sr. EA will provide executive support for our COO and CFO by managing day to day coordination of schedules, meetings, and visits from external partners, as well as serve as a Lead for our EA Team. A successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial work ethic and invest deeply in relationships. We're looking for a Sr. EA who's passionate about Vuori’s mission, and able to be hybrid onsite.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as a conduit between the COO, CFO and company stakeholders by managing relationships and communication.
- Lead EA meetings ensuring alignment from the team on executive calendars and strategic initiatives.
- Proactively maintain calendars and daily schedules for the COO and CFO, fielding and prioritizing requests that require attention to strategically leverage the COO and CFO’s time.
- Handle communications for the COO and CFO and connect with both internal and external parties with a high level of integrity and tact.
- Provide full administrative support including and not limited to schedule management, travel arrangements, expense/invoice management.
- Coordinate logistics related to internal and external event/meeting planning including events at offsite venues.
- Develop presentations, templates, graphics, and spreadsheets at the highest level; proofread, and edit presentations as needed.
- Manage logistics around technology and setup of video for all major company conferences and meetings, partnering with the technology team executive assistant where applicable.
- Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements for senior leadership along with Board Members or guests.
- Serve as Board of Directors liaison and support including the development of BOD packets, scheduling meetings and travel, ordering food, and greeting guests.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to handling regular activities and advise in advance of issues or delays.
- Build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Manage a variety of special projects with a high degree of autonomy when asked.
- 12-15 + years of Executive Assistant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lead and influence peers and create a community of collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
- High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent/sound judgment.
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Must have advanced PowerPoint skills and be able to independently create high-quality presentations.

Additional Information
Pay Range: $110,000-133,000/yr
