The Senior Executive Assistant will offer full support to a senior executive at Eaton Corporation. The role demands an organized, proactive, and detail-focused person capable of handling various tasks efficiently and professionally. This is a part-time job requiring 20-30 hours per week, with benefits included.
Essential Functions:
Board Affiliation Participation
Coordinate and manage board-related travel, expenses, and materials.
Liaise with board members and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and follow-up on action items.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for board meetings.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and governance standards.
Administrative Support
Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and physical.
Conduct research and provide summaries on various topics as requested.
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
Travel and Logistics
Plan and coordinate detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Handle all travel-related logistics, ensuring seamless experiences for the executive.
Oversee the preparation of travel documents and expense reports.
Research and arrange travel - including entry requirements, cellular phone plan changes, hotel, air fare, cancellations, penalties, etc.
Personal Management
Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, and other personal activities on behalf of the executive.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesRequired Qualifications:
Experience as an executive assistant within a corporate environment.
Experience as an executive assistant for a C- level executive.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Familiarity with board meeting preparation, governance, and compliance standards.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
