What we are looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Event and Campaign Marketing Manager. This role places you at the forefront of IntelePeer’s event program, where you will be instrumental in shaping, developing, and executing events. The ideal candidate will have experience planning and executing face-to-face (F2F) events, webinars, and virtual events with a strong understanding of integrating demand generation campaigns to expand the reach and success of these programs. This role will focus on generating high-quality leads that contribute to Marketing pipeline goals by partnering with internal teams including SDRs, Sales, Partner and the rest of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own event F2F planning, execution and target follow-up to generate pipeline from our investments.
- Drive webinar and virtual event planning and execution with speakers from customers, partners, and analysts.
- Manage event content creation, registration, and attendee experience including hosting webinars during the events.
- Incorporate integrated campaigns within pre-event, at-event, and post-event plans to build awareness, education, and engagement with our target ICP and personas.
- Develop targeted follow-up for the SDR team, including event notes, sequences, talk tracks, and social media outreach, to ensure the maximum return on our event investments.
- Collaboration with stakeholders, including the executive team, sales, product marketing to deliver stellar events to our customers and the market.
- Own creation and optimization of marketing content to drive demand, including email, landing page, and templates to enable digital event marketing to deliver pipeline.
- Strategize and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, and execute integrated event campaigns, including web presence, paid acquisition, and email marketing to boost acquisition, engagement and pipeline from our events.
- Set and measure event objectives and success criteria, including budgeting, forecasting pipeline, ROI analysis, and work alongside the Marketing Ops for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Report key success metrics and performance, garner actionable insights that inform decisions to support continuous improvement.
- Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to ensure ongoing clarity on strategy, best practices, tactics, goals, and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in event F2F marketing, virtual and webinar marketing, and campaigns within a B2B SaaS.
- Strong experience in planning and executing events, with a track record of driving successful outcomes and managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments to create impactful event-driven marketing campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with sales teams, with a deep understanding of the sales process and pipeline management.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to set objectives, success criteria, and conduct ROI analysis for events including interpreting marketing data to inform decision-making.
- Experience working with partner teams to build and execute co-virtual event plans.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
