Senior Estimator - Lumen Resources

Our client, a highly respected construction company, is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that values excellence and collaboration, playing a key role in delivering competitive and accurate bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts, including quantity takeoffs and scope reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to align cost estimates with project requirements and goals.
• Ensure estimates are accurate by leveraging historical data and maintaining up-to-date cost databases.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 7-10 years of construction estimating experience.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Advanced project estimation skills, including plan interpretation and engineering calculations.
