Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000+ per year, depending on experience; Profit Share Bonus Potential - sky is the limit, with potential for $100,000+ annually.

- Estimating & Project Management:
- Develop detailed, accurate estimates for projects ranging from $10K to $1M+ in value, including ADUs, remodels, and waterproofing solutions.
- Read and interpret plans, understanding all aspects of construction from foundation to roof.
- Evaluate building envelopes for moisture issues, ventilation, humidity, and water infiltration to develop comprehensive solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess project needs, create full scopes of work, and ensure feasibility.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with MEP subcontractors to ensure seamless project integration.
- Client & HOA Relations:
- Meet with clients, HOAs, property owners, and architects to discuss project details and establish trust.
- Conduct site visits and attend meetings to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expertise on building envelope solutions and waterproofing best practices.
- Business Development & Marketing:
- Bid on ADUs, remodels, and other projects in collaboration with architects, property owners, and HOAs.
- Work with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and convert warm leads into contracts.
- Represent the company at networking functions, trade shows, and events hosted by local associations.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Align project estimates and scopes of work with sales, marketing, and construction teams.
- Provide feedback to refine pricing strategies and market positioning.
- Collaborate with in-house teams and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and report on estimates, project progress, and new business generated through CAI efforts.
- Analyze metrics like revenue growth and lead conversion rates to inform strategy.
- Experience: Proven experience in estimating and project management within the construction, remodeling, or waterproofing industries.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building envelopes, moisture control, ventilation, and waterproofing solutions.
- Construction Expertise: Hands-on experience as a builder, carpenter, or remodeler, with the ability to read plans and estimate costs.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in tools like Procore, Buildertrend, and PlanSwift.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust with clients, manage stakeholder relationships, and represent the company professionally.
- Business Development: Familiarity with lead generation, marketing strategies, and networking in the construction industry.

Work Schedule:
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday. Occasional travel for projects as required.
