Senior Estimator - Selectek, Inc.

We have an opening for a Senior Estimator  in Greenville, SC.
Required:

• Minimum 10 year experience as an Estimator (may take less)
• Minimum 10 years in construction, preferably large sites, such as industrial
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Mechanical experience is highly preferred, such as HVAC or plumbing, but candidates with other estimating experience, such as electrical may be considered

Job Details:

• Provide competitive job estimates for Project Managers.
• Price all revisions and changes.
• Notify Project Managers of revisions and changes provided.
• Work with the Project Manager and Assistant Project Managers on project proposals.

Salary Range-$80,000-$100,000
