Senior Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team and lead our field operations for successful project execution.

Senior Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities for multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Lead and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and related personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate closely with project management to define project scopes, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and meetings to monitor project progress, address challenges, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a compliant and secure job site.
• Evaluate and manage project materials, equipment, and labor needs to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Maintain thorough documentation of daily site operations, changes, and issues for project reporting and tracking.

Senior Superintendent Qualifications:

• 7-12 years of experience in commercial construction supervision with a strong history of managing large-scale projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices specific to commercial builds.
• Proven leadership abilities, with excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate teams and tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications, ensuring all work aligns with project requirements.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and optimize project outcomes.
