About the Job
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior ERP Administrator with our client in the manufacturing industry located in Milwaukee, WI. This is full-time, hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Business Central platform to meet business needs
- Ensure the effective integration of Business Central with other systems and platforms
- Monitor platform licensing and perform regular audits
- Perform system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Develop and maintain Business Central workflows, forms, and scheduled jobs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement Business Central solutions that align with business objectives
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff
- Participate in after-hours support for an On-Call rotation
- Schedule and work with outside vendors and contractors, assign tasks, and track their time
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field and/or commensurate on-the-job experience
- 4+ years of IT work experience supporting and maintaining ERP systems
- Strong understanding of Business Central components including Insight Warehouse, E-Ship, EDI, Sales Orders, Finance, item management, and purchasing
- Prior project management experience
- Experience diagnosing complex problems and developing solutions
- Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing or similar industry
