What you'll do...
+ As a Sr. Salesforce Engineering Manager with a focus on Salesforce cloud products like Sales Cloud, Service Clou and Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Platform, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the technical strategy and implementation of Salesforce solutions to support in various CRM objectives of our organization.
+ Your role will encompass project management, system integration/ engineering/ architecture, team leadership, and ensuring adherence to engineering and Salesforce best practices and extending them across FMCC.
+ A vital role in FMCC CRM space, primarily focusing on increasing the salesforce platform benefits in our organization (focusing on reusability), COE, Security, performance improvement etc.
+ Ability to understand high-level sales, service and marketing strategies and requirements, translate them into system and process requirements, and manage the system implementations.
+ Taken engineering solutions through full lifecycle from concept, through release and into ongoing operations.
+ Identify dependencies on other systems in the overall engineering landscape to arrive at a potential solution for the problem statement.
+ Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and data migration practices including various middleware platforms and APIs, also Salesforce governor limits.
+ Coordinate with multiple product & engineering teams to provide thought leadership and technical solutions to solve FMCC business problems.
+ Have a good handle of Apex (classes and triggers), Custom User Interface development, including Lightning pages and Web Components.
+ Lead complex Agile Scrum delivery including managing agile ceremonies, allocations and outcomes along with the responsible agile roles.
+ Experience in a matrixed IT organization and on and offshore development teams including 3rd party vendors.
+ Experience in interacting with Senior IT and business leadership.
+ Continuous improvement mindset-proven track record of developing and refining processes to meet the team goals.
You'll have...
+ Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related fields
+ 10+ years experience in managing/leading CRM/Salesforce projects and teams.
+ Working experience and knowledge of end-to-end Salesforce system delivery from design, development, integrations, data migrations/loads, transition into production operations.
+ Salesforce certifications Platform Development, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is required. Additional certifications is plus

+ Excellent oral and writing communication skills.
+ Understanding of Salesforce development environment and related tools.
+ Project Management methodologies, preferably Agile methodologies, and Jira tool.
+ Familiar with Salesforce DevOps (Copado) and Automation tools like Copado, TOSCA Automation and other processes pertaining to Salesforce platform.
+ Familiar with Salesforce integration and data migration tools and patterns like Mulesoft, APIs etc.
+ Experience in Automotive industry is plus, not mandatory.
