We are actively looking to hire a Senior Engineer - Civil for the Houston, TX office. This position is a Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm position that could be hybrid. We are looking for someone that can come in and get started immediately.

Job Details
We are actively looking to hire a Senior Engineer - Civil for the Houston, TX office. This position is a Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm position that could be hybrid. We are looking for someone that can come in and get started immediately.
Responsibilities for this positions:
- Management of land/site development projects, including technical design, quality control, and project management.
- Sound technical design background
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. design codes and standards
- Related local experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a B.S. in Civil Engineering (An M.S. is highly advantageous).
- A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas (with experience in the Department of Transportation and municipal work considered a bonus).
- 6-8 years relevant experience.
- 8+ years' experience in engineering design of roadways and highways (TxDOT & municipal is a big plus)
- Proficiency in utilizing the latest editions of MicroStation, Open Roads and GeoPak (knowledge of Project Wise and AutoCAD/Civil 3D is a big plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- A strong foundation in technical design.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A paramount commitment to providing exceptional client service, along with expertise in specific technical areas and a proactive mindset.
