JOB DUTIES:

Participate as a high-level technical expert in design development, coding, testing, and debugging new software and significant enhancements to existing software for third-party customers. Responsible for utilizing Java, Spring MVC, Database- SQL, Spring-servers to identify customer needs and provide optimal and defect-free solution. Track Record of Inbound and Outbound CMX-services and responsible for maintaining, troubleshoot and debug. Responsible for maintaining multiple On-premises Servers & services and provide development, troubleshoot support to Client Support, Networking Team. Follow Agile Methodology while working on Multiple Interface projects like (Boomi, CM & CMX) on daily basis. Effectively managing Java and Enterprise application development in Confluence for enhanced understanding by other team members. Follow Best practices in Design, implement and maintain applications that can be high-volume and low latency. Provide Expertise comment through Optimize solution on Team discussion in GXO Weekly Integration meeting. Perform monthly Production/On-call issues Support ensures handling of Servers-Health, prod-errors/exceptions. Actively learn new technology (Cloud-AWS/GCP/Azure, Dynatrace, Service-now) and evolve with Product pace. Following all Security protocols and update client certificate on regular basis to prevent Production outage. Build a High Performance, Secure codebase ensuring review with manager and deployment in periodic basis. Develop Security using Basic Auth, OAuth, OIDC, SAML mechanism while managing credentials on regular basis which helps application to protect from Brute Force attack. Availability to work periodic 24x7 on-call support as required by team's scheduled rotation. Eligible for telecommuting from home within reasonable commuting distance from High Point, NC. Will require physical presence at worksite in High Point, NC at least several days a week.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Computer Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Instrumentation, Software Development, other information technology related.
