Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic team in the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing electronic systems and components for our cutting-edge semiconductor products. This role requires a deep understanding of electronics engineering principles, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to lead complex projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:
- Design and develop advanced electronic circuits and systems for semiconductor products.
- Conduct simulations and analysis to validate design concepts and ensure optimal performance.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and manufacturing, to achieve project goals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Testing and Validation:
- Develop and execute test plans to validate electronic systems and components.
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of electronic circuits and systems.
- Analyze test data and implement design improvements based on findings.
Research and Innovation:
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Participate in the development of new technologies and processes to maintain a competitive edge.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
- Present findings and project updates to stakeholders and management.
- Maintain accurate records of design changes and project milestones.
Skills:
- Proficiency in electronic circuit design and simulation software (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, SPICE).
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in electronics engineering, with a focus on semiconductor products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with RF and high-frequency circuit design.
- Knowledge of power electronics and analog circuit design.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
Schedule: Full-time / Monday - Friday
Salary: $95K - $150K Annual / Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule (Direct Deposit)
