Duration: Fulltime/Contract
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Electronics/Electrical
- 3-5 + years of Industry experience
- A sound Electrical and Electronics engineer with good knowledge on designing digital and analog systems and experience in layout design.
- Digital areas include selection /interfacing of 8-32 bit processors, FPGAs, memories , DAC, various interfaces such as USB, I2C, SPI, RS232.
- Analog areas include filter design, DC-DC, Client, amplifiers, PLL, Oscillators etc.
- Power supply design include AC-DC & DC-DC conversions, low noise designs.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal guidance. Ability to solve complex problems
- Good communication skills; able to explain difficult or sensitive information and to build consensus
- Exposure of ECR/ECO process
- Product Life Cycle Management Knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & UFT.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills. Must be a self-starter
- Digital and Analog Schematic Design skills.
- Electronic Component selection for new as well as existing designs.
- Single and Multi layer PCB Design knowledge.
- Embedded hardware Board bring up (Testing).
- Assembling and rework of Electronic PCB Assemblies.
- Finding form fit functional replacements for the existing designs.
- Debugging the PCBA.
- Engineering Change preparation and Change orders.
- Interacting with cross functional teams.
- Alternate part identification analysis and preparation of comparison report.
- DHF and Manufacturing floor information gathering for the extended Offshore team.
- Part qualification testing in Instrument
- Updating the Test protocols for validation
- Processing of minor ECAD design changes
- Executing Engineering change Management procedures and running through approval workflows with the Stakeholders
- Processing ECO/CNs to transfer the parts to manufacturing.
- Deliver with quality and stringent timelines.
- Excellent teamwork, coordination, and communication skills
- Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
- Ability to handle huge data
- Ability to work within a team to deliver solutions
- Ability to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets.
