Our client, a premier Electrical Contractor in the Pacific Northwest, is urgently seeking a dynamic Senior Electrical Project Manager with data center experience to join their team. You will play a vital role in managing high-profile projects from start to finish.

What they need:

• Five years’ experience in a project management position
• Two years’ experience in Mission Critical Data Center Construction
• Construction management degree
• Estimator/Project supervisor experience
• Electrical experience - apprenticeship, journeyman, wireman, project foremen/general foreman
• Demonstrated financial analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

What you'll do:

• Project and Account Management: manage overall schedule and milestones; financial, labor, change order tracking, materials purchasing and deliveries, customer relations, and billing.
• Business Development: maintain customer relationships; manage large accounts; develop new business annually.
• Estimating: determine materials take-off; review project scope and final bid; finalize summary sheet
