Senior Electrical Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:
The total compensation for the Senior Electrical Project Manager ranges from $100,000 to $145,000, contingent on experience. Exceptional candidates with a proven track record may receive compensation beyond this range.

Senior Electrical Project Manager Description of Duties & Scope:
- Develop and assemble proficient teams for each project, ensuring quality output, adherence to customer expectations, timely delivery, and budget compliance.
- Drive divisional profitability through effective project execution.
- Establish and lead project management objectives, procurement strategies, personnel assignments, and capacity planning.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance departmental systems and processes to meet customer requirements and profitability targets.
- Review contractual requirements and project-specific methodologies, adjusting priorities and milestones as needed.
- Engage with customers to ensure expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide oversight for third-party construction firms.
- Manage project review processes, with a focus on financial forecasting.
- Proactively communicate challenges, risks, and successes.
Senior Electrical Project Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' project management experience in electrical construction.
- Field experience in coordination with construction management.
- Proficiency in project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and contribute to project acquisition.
- Track record of managing a profitable portfolio.
- Excellent initiative, execution, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding analytical, motivational, and leadership capabilities.
- A degree in Construction Management is advantageous.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician's license is a plus.
Preferred but Not Necessary:
- College Degree
