We are seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our team in Aurora, OR, just 30 minutes south of Portland. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Estimator / Project Manager position include:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public works and commercial electrical estimating/project management.
Proficiency with Accubid, Bluebeam, Excel, and Word; experience with similar software is transferable.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, systems, and construction practices.
Skilled in reading construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
Develop and deliver accurate and detailed bid proposals, change orders, and estimates.
Manage projects, including schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget performance.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to confirm material and equipment compliance.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
