Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Engineer position include:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with practical experience in electrical power engineering.
10+ years of experience in high-voltage systems, substations, and renewable energy integration (solar, wind, and battery storage).
Proven success in project execution and feedback integration for future planning.
Deep knowledge of electrical engineering across LV, MV, and HV systems.
Experience with substation protection, control concepts, and site management or commissioning is preferred.
Develop technical solutions aligned with regulatory compliance and project objectives.
Collaborate with EPC contractors and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Transition projects from construction to operational phases, ensuring lifecycle maintenance and compliance.

Salary: $170,000 - $270,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
