FULL DESCRIPTION: As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead the design and development of electrical systems for a diverse range of projects. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects, contribute to the growth of our electrical engineering practice, and make a lasting impact.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Project Leadership: Lead the design and execution of electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on electrical system design, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and renewable energy solutions.
Team Management: Mentor and collaborate with junior engineers and designers, providing technical support, reviewing their work, and fostering their professional development.
Client Interaction: Interface with clients to understand their needs, present technical solutions, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Design and Analysis: Perform electrical system calculations, simulations, and analyses to optimize system performance, efficiency, and safety.
Code Compliance: Ensure that all electrical designs meet relevant local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to maintain the highest standards in electrical system design and documentation.
Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate innovative solutions into project designs.

The selected candidate will also possess:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required
7 to 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of successful project leadership.
Proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience in project management and budgeting is a plus.

Salary Range: Starting at $115k/yr
