Dalia Consulting is looking for a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our client's innovative engineering team. This role is critical for providing top-notch electrical design solutions across various projects, with a focus on mission-critical facilities such as Healthcare, data centers and commercial buildings.
The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing electrical systems, conducting load calculations, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes. You will work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines, architects, and clients to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in mission-critical or commercial projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and standards.
- Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical modeling tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with project management and leading teams is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and secondary systems.
- Perform load calculations and electrical system analyses.
- Create detailed electrical drawings and specifications for construction.
- Collaborate with mechanical, architectural, and structural engineers to provide integrated design solutions.
- Review and evaluate contractor submittals, RFIs, and respond to field issues during construction.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, national standards, and industry best practices.
- Assist with project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical issues.
