Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee electrical engineering projects, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, team members, and resources
• Prepare proposals and administer project contracts, ensuring timely and on-budget project completion
• Lead the design and analysis of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and subconsultants to provide support for technology, security, and other low-voltage systems
• Perform QA/QC reviews, field verifications, and construction administration, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals
• Attend client meetings and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for complex projects

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10-15 years of experience in electrical design and project management within consulting engineering
• Proficiency in design software (Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, ETAP, Easypower) and knowledge of the NEC, State Energy Code, NFPA, and FGI guidelines
• Experience conducting electrical system studies (eg, short circuit analysis, Arc Flash studies)
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple project teams concurrently

Preferred Qualifications

• PE License
• RCDD certification
• Experience with healthcare, educational, or public sector projects
